TheGraphic Designeris responsible for
supporting and implementing the visual identity for UnitedHealthcares Employer
& Individual segment through creative design in collateral and
presentations. This individual will help provide high end design to
further the development of the UnitedHealthcare brand and marketing
efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the creative needs of the Employer &
Individuals business initiatives including activities such as advertising
efforts, product and program launches, consumer initiativesDevelop compelling presentations that elevate
key messages withinnovative approaches to how we communicate and
visually tell our storyPlan, create, and
produce marketing communications materials to implement product marketing
strategies and sales objectivesTake complex issues and simplify them into easy to
understand visuals that resonate with the target audienceCreate designs that push the expected creative
boundaries while maintaining brand complianceWork with direction from senior
design staff to extend creative concepts across multiple deliverablesCollaborate with other
creative resources to ensure consistency of approach and alignment of strategyWork with Creative
Services leadership to ensure design and strategic consistency, including
messaging, across all marketing collateralSupport, interact and present ideas to director and
manager level employees

Excellent design skills
in print and digital

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Graphic
Design, Art or related field5+ years experience with
creative agency or creative team environment5+ years experience with strong
typographic and concepting skills5+ years experience with
creating all levels of communication from advertising campaigns to
brochures and fliers5+ years visual design /
creative development experience for advertising efforts including digital
designs5+ years experience in consumer
marketing and direct sales material efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working
with the Adobe Creative SuitePrevious
experience working the Microsoft PowerPointPrevious experience developing
marketing materials for the healthcare industry
